I’ll admit it… I’ve been slacking. I’ve been very scatter-brained lately. Not sure where to go first…. or last. So many things on my plate. With the change of the season comes a lot of other change. Some things coming to an end, and some new things just beginning. Unfortunately, I have nothing specific to concentrate on, so I’m wandering around aimlessly. I just do what needs to be done, or what I feel like doing. I hate this scattered feeling, because really nothing gets accomplished.

First with the change of the farming seasons, preparing for winter and putting away the summer fun. The crops come off (slowly), the cows come home (eventually), and the winter gear gets brought out of hiding. Then there’s the change of jobs… and with that comes the change of housing…(not that I wanted to live in the RV all winter!) And finally there’s the ending of the summer activities… riding… and the beginning of the winter ones… shopping!

Well all in all that’s a lot of things to think about, with very little focus on any of them. Especially with this weather. Farming would normally be a pretty main focus, but because it’s been wet and the crops aren’t ready it really changes the focus. Maybe I should do my shopping now in case we are still farming in December?

I digress… it must be part of the scatter-brainedness… I AM slacking… and I also admit I have not taken a picture each day… or any day… this week. So I am going to go out on a fall/ harvest photo shoot. I will post these photos and choose one to represent each day in my blog. This will keep it a Photo-a-Day still. I will enjoy my little adventure, you will see pretty photos, and I will not bore you with lame ‘I did nothing important this day’ photos.

Enjoy
