Focus = Feel = Timing = Balance

Here I sit on my yoga meditation pillow ??‍♀️

Pondering life, as I always do, looking at my vision board for confirmation that I’m headed where I’d like to be going.

I’m thinking about the manifestation process as many have given examples lately on how to bring things into ones life by way of thought, feeling, visioning, believing.

But I still ponder this … I understand this… but for me there still seems to be something missing.

Only because I manifest things everyday and they don’t take as much work as these people explain.

But I also understand where there are things in my life I’m not manifesting…. and I do think it’s a lack of belief….

So do I focus on bringing it in, or removing the false belief? Or both???

And here I am contemplating this as I think about my upcoming yoga classes.

How I’m going to teach about breath and focus and balance and feeling into your body…

And then I think… I’ve heard this somewhere before!

So I dig around a little bit in information that I’ve long ago stored away and there it is… the formula for life… right here in my horsemanship content.

I first heard it from Parelli horsemanship, but I believe they are passing on the info from their old horsemanship teachers.

Focus = feel = timing = balance.

The more we focus on the present moment, the better we feel into our bodies and environments.

This gives us the way to better our timing, And really understand that everything takes time and patience is needed. Here in this moment we have intense patience.

Everything happens at the perfect time. But the more we get into alignment with life the easier it comes. Getting into alignment means to find your balance.

To be centred, grounded, connected to everything you are and everything life has to offer.

We are not taught to live this way. And it’s one of the reasons I love yoga, and meditation.

It helps bring us back into alignment. So each moment we can feel, we can focus, we can understand universal timing and find that internal place of endless patience.

Of acceptance of every moment, just as it is.

Because each moment is perfect just as it is. Or just as it was created. By you. And by the universe.

Being a beginner yogi is no different than being an advanced yogi. Each is still practicing the same principles and just applying them exactly as they are meant to apply to their lives. ?
