Some days are not easy.

Some days life just becomes too much.

We all have these days.

There’s things that trigger us all.

It’s not the same for everyone. Something so hard for someone can be simple and easy for someone else. That’s not their trigger. And that’s Ok.

The first thing to do is recognize our triggers.

Finding this awareness will start to shift your life and your consciousness.

But once we find the trigger, if it’s not a huge ah ha moment with it we need to dig deeper.

Just knowing that a situation triggers us is not the end result. What we are looking for is the shift so we are not triggered.

And it’s NEVER about the thing.

It could be about a deep inner fear. Or an insecurity. Or a place of anger or jealousy.

This is when the work starts.

The digging deep part.

The part where we go inside and look beyond the trigger.

Cause it’s never about the horse, the person, the job, the situation. It’s always about the feeling it brings up inside.

And getting quiet and going inside is the only way to recognize these inner feelings.

If we ask the right questions, find compassion and courage to go within we’ll start to unravel a very deeply held story.

Usually one about not feeling loved, or not feeling worthy, or not feeling like enough, or not feeling seen, or appreciated, or wanted….

But these are not true.

Not a single one.

We are all children of this earth, of the universe, of God and we are as worthy of miracles and love and peace as everyone else.

We find this stillness deep inside, right under our feelings of insecurity.

Once we rewrite our feelings of unworthiness we find our truth there waiting for us.

EVERY SINGLE TIME ?
