The moment I’ve been waiting for today…
This is my most sensitive horse, Sundoll.
She’s never alone, the most herd bound.
She’s the lowest in the hierarchy because she’s not assertive like the rest.
When left alone and not in sight of the others she’s quite panicky.
But she’s picked her friends and is always with them.
I resonate with her in many aspects.
I’m very sensitive and not so assertive.
And can be quite anxious at times.
And I’ve come to realize just how ‘herd bound’ I can be.
I’ve spent all day reflecting on this subject.
Trying to wrap my head around my sensitivity to others, yet not being attached to them and their energy or decisions.
This has been an ongoing subject right from the beginning of my healing, and right now I’m trying to dig into it on a deeper level.
Yesterday’s Bodytalk session brought it out on the cellular level.
It’s a personal trait that I resonate with on a subconscious level.
That doesn’t mean it can’t be shifted, transformed, and healed.
But it means I need to look at it in a deeper way.
And after pondering this all day I came to the window to see Sundoll grazing by herself.
There are two horses on her left and two far in the background to the right of her.
Here she stands in her own power, letting me know that I’m on the right track, that the healing is working.
There’s always hope… nothing is set in stone.
You just have to have the courage to go there.
And the faith that it is possible.
And the patience of the journey.
