As I mentioned I have been going through a transition period.
Things are shifting.
Pain showed up in my body and I was forced to slow down. Then sickness hit and life pretty much came to a stop.
I tried to continue to do the things I could but I had to trust the pain.
I had to listen deeply to my body. I had to take the time.
And so I patiently allowed my body time to heal and get better. I allowed it to work it’s magic and trust in the process.
At the same time I softened my mind and allowed that to heal too.
I sat with emotions that were close to the surface and I let them be heard.
I held patience that this too shall pass and the shifts were happening.
And God was it uncomfortable.
I’m not going to sugar coat it.
I went down some deep dark paths. I heard things from inside of me that I’d be ashamed to admit. But I sat and I held them with compassion and grace.
I sat with anger.
I sat with fear.
I sat with frustration.
I sat with grief.
I sat with shame.
I sat kindly with all of my pain.
And we are transitioning.
As I transition those around me will also feel the shifts.
Tiny inner shifts can move outer mountains ![]()
So I sat with the pain.
I trusted the pain, I trusted the process. I did not rush it, I did not force it.
I surrendered to the moment and let it all unfold.
The universe, God, knows my dreams, my aspirations… he also knows my wounds.
And just before this all happened I prayed.
I prayed for help and miracles.
So I trusted in the pain.
