In my last post I had so many thoughts about how to become a better person, in ourselves, with our relationships, and in our lives. I talked about how learning to becoming a leader for horses helps us become and learn to be better parents and people.

I had so many thoughts and ideas. I broke everything down in my head of what a person should focus on and learn to be that person everyone adores. A strong person with trust, respect and confidence.

And a few words just kept rolling through my head: relationships with ourselves and others, communication with honesty and depth, and respect to improve our leadership and confidence. These words just kept repeating over and over until finally I realized that Pat Parelli already had these three things pin pointed: Love, Language, and Leadership. And all of a sudden these three words had a deeper meaning.

If there are three things I can leave you with today is the meaning of these words.
Love
; strengthen your relationships, speak from the heart.
Language
; learn to communicate effectively, listen, speak, and teach.
Leadership; learn respect, trust, patience and confidence, be the leader of yourself and your life.

There are so many way to break this down, and each person needs to look inside themselves to find the balance within their lives. To learn how to be the best they can be. To strengthen the weak, and to allow their strengths to grow.
