A barrel of love… my barrel flower pot is growing the gorgeous and lovely smelling purple petunias. It is sitting outside of my trailer and I am loving them. The rain is keeping them growing and the pot is looking gorgeous as ever.

The rain storm… the evening rain storm brewed over the canola field and made a gorgeous contrast between the bright flowers and the darkening sky.

Baby pony… the first baby horse we’ve had born on our farm, and with out assistance. We didn’t even know she was foaling until the next day when this cute little guy was running around beside her.

Boots… I put my boots back on and went for another riding lesson. After a few weeks off she was just as great as the day I stepped off of her. I’m not sure if horse or rider is starting to catch on but something is working.

Destructive… in our attempt to fix a standing fence line, Dad thought it important to get a little rowdy with the tractor. Only a few trees got injured in the making of this photo, the one on top of the fence, and the one in front.

Day lily…. The love is in the air. Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad. These first year day lilies started blooming. They haven’t produced a lot of flowers yet but they are gorgeous when they do.
