Maybe it’s not an illness but an untapped gift?

I’ve been there.

I’ve gone down the road of depression.

I’ve gone down the road of anxiety.

Sometimes both at once, sometimes I still do….

But what I’ve come to learn for myself is that these are places where I am not stepping fully into my gifts.

They are places of fear.

They are places of wounding.

They are places of trauma.

And they are places that offer me the space to step into my gifts.

I am a super sensitive person, and the more I step into my sensitivity the more my anxiety fades, the more my depression turns into self expression.

My sensitivity is connected to my deep sense of intuition and connection to spirit.

This makes a large impact in my life if I use these gifts or not.

Am I following my own path and purpose or an I forcing myself to follow a path not meant for me?

I also take a step back and look at these triggers and unpacking the wounds.

They are great teachers, great lessons helping me to step more fully into who I am.

When I’m not using my gifts I sink back into depression and anxiety.

It’s that simple.

Heal our wounds, step into our gifts and recognize the power of our truth.
