As the month of April disappears on us, and we get ready to welcome in May, I always find time to reflect on the past month and look forward into the new one approaching.
I have a few new things coming up in May that I am excited about. Like starting my coaching lessons. Each Tuesday I will be working with a coach from North Battleford to complete my riding levels and then start to complete the coaching levels as well. I am very excited about this. And even more so now that I have attended the Mane Event and found some encouragement from the top trainers in the area.
I will also work to build on my independent Partylite business this month. What a great month with all the great new promotions to push a little harder and find success in my work. Partylite is going above and beyond to satisfy their guests, hosts and consultants. There are always new deals and new products.
May will also find my family in the field. Mom and Dad will be seeding as soon as the fields allow, and I will be taking on more cattle responsibilities. We are only about half done calving and the fences will need to be checked for the year to patch the broken winter wires and posts before the cows can go back out to their summer grazing.
And my favorite of all is my flowers I will be planting and watching grow all summer. I have got up to 10 barrels to plant with new flowers and greenery. They will look so good around my trailer and my new porch swing…. right after I buy one from Peavey Mart! Because April showers always bring May flowers.
