We have land, feed, buildings and equipment to handle all of it.

But I know how hard it was to get to this place. It didn’t happen over night, and it took sweat and tears to be able to be where we are now.

And I feel guilty for even wanting more. But we have dreams even bigger than this.

So here I sit. Taking it all in. Walking back through what it took to get here. The process. The experience of setting this all up.

When we started in 2012 this land was a blank slate. It was a piece of pasture I fondly remember riding through to check on dads herd years ago.

We set the dream in motion 8 years ago and we continued to build.

And now here we sit.

But we are not done… not by a long shot.

My dream right now is to at least double everything we have.

Double our land.
Double our cow numbers.
Double the horses.
Double the feed.
Double the equipment and buildings.

I want to be able to say that our farm is self sustaining.

I also want to double our business. I want our ranch to be a place where people can come and get back to nature.

I want this place to be a place of peace. Of solitude. Of inspiration. Of authenticity. Of joy. Of expression. Of love. Of trust. Of acceptance.

I’m building this place as we speak. It’ll start with healing sessions with the horses. And it’ll turn into a beautiful retreat centre. A sanctuary not just for animals. But a place for people to be held while they heal.

None of us have lived easy lives. We’ve all faced challenges, But together we can be there as we help lift each other up.

We do not need to go through hardships alone. We can help bring each other back to that place of wholeness. That place of peace. Our reason for living. The love and joy in our hearts.

God put you, and I, on this earth for a reason…
you were meant to be here, you are whole, you are perfect and you are loved.

And your dreams can come true… just as these ones have.
