photo.1b5cb77The holiday stress is setting in and people are starting to go crazy. But I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way! So just BREATHE! Just breathe and SMILE. Now take a look around you at all the things there are to be thankful and grateful for! Isn’t life wonderful when we take a step back to enjoy it!

After all Christmas is all about finding the Joy, and the Peace, and the Love in our hearts. Its about the giving and the receiving (not just of gifts but of friendship too)! It’s about the family and friends and sharing our hearts.

I have taken a pretty in-depth view of the holiday season this year. I have gone inside and asked myself, “What is the point of Christmas?” I came up with a number of reasons, and I’m sure you have a very important list of your own, but the top of my list was to celebrate the love that I hold for my family, friends and community. I love my life. I have created a life I do love and am very grateful for all of it. From the mistakes to the successes, from the trials and errors to the new lessons and all of the experiences.

It was not always this way, I was youthful, I was childish and I listened to some very crazy things that society taught us that are ‘normal’ ways to be, and I was unhappy. But I have always been so full of love! I did not always know how to express it, and it was not always received when I did, but this year has been so full of learning, and learning how to LOVE has been on top of that list! So to finish off this year with a holiday that is full of an abundance of love just fills me up to the brim inside!

So I am continuing on with this theme and I am devoting my entire 2014 to LOVE. Not just in the holiday seasons but all year round! LoVe is my theme for 2014… I challenge you to find your own theme 🙂 If I look back I would say ‘gratitude’ was my 2013 theme…so gratitude leads me right onto the path of love.
This will be my last newsletter for this year so I wish you a very merry holiday season and may your new year also be filled with bright opportunities and many new experiences! and don’t forget the sparkle!
