So here’s the thing. NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE DO OR SAY OR BELIEVE – they still deserve forgiveness

As I sat with these cows. I was in the middle of a session clearing sexual abuse from a traumatic abusive relationship.

And the abuser still deserved forgiveness.

I have recently done a session on narcissistic abuse –

they still deserved forgiveness

I have done a session on curses and projections and psychic attack-

and they still deserved forgiveness.

I worked through a session on gaslighting and helping the client come back to their truth that they had forgotten –

and they still deserved forgiveness.

I have done sessions on domestic violence.

And they STILL deserved forgiveness.

I have done sessions on addictions of many different kinds that have messed up their lives and others

and they STILL STILL deserve forgiveness.

I even know and have healed sessions from death, grief, murder –

and they still deserved forgiveness.

ALWAYS.

Always

ALWAYS

Because forgiveness is not for the other person. It’s for us. It’s to release the events from our consciousness. It’s to hand their actions over to God and say “it’s all up to you now”

I release this abuse, I release this action, I release these words, I release these feelings, I release this shame.

It’s over. it’s all over now. It’s time to move on. (Even if we are still experiencing it- it’s time for it to be over)

AND this was meant to be. It was meant to be to raise me to a higher consciousness. To teach me to forgive.

To move me through this experience so I can help others move through this as well, to help me understand that EVEN IF this happened- I’m still worthy.

I’m still worthy.

I’M STILL WORTHY

Always. 💕
