I haven’t rushed into anything, (but yet I’m still getting a lot done)
I still feel like we are in the healing phase.
The cocooning phase.
The hibernating phase.
The winter phase.
The MOTHERING phase.
(This isn’t really the norm for me because winter is usually just as busy as the rest of the year… but this season it just is like this)
A LOT of things are slowly transitioning over here (and that’s a good thing)
We are growing into the next phase of our lives.
Letting go of the old and bringing in the new.
It may not look too different on the outside, but that’s because we are transitioning emotions, thoughts, patterns, habits, relationships.… it’s going to feel different, it’s going to be different and it’s going to show up differently.
On January 1st I sat with the energy of the new year. I made a very short list of intentions, I made only a few changes to my vision board to update it and the word PEACE came to me as the word for the year.
This happened all very quietly. No big rituals, no big hoopla. Just 30 mins of solitude and I shifted into the energy of the new year.
It’s shifting with all the healing we’ve been doing. It’s been intense and very much needed.
I’ve been praying for these shifts. I’ve been working towards these changes, I’ve been healing and allowing all of this to transform.
I’ve turned my struggles up to God and he’s walked me through these transformations.
I’d love to explain all of this in more depth to you but as I mentioned we are still moving through it …. So as I’ve had to have patience watching my Retreat Center unfold and open, I have to continue to have patience watching this healing unfold as well. And when it feels complete I promise there will be more to speak about.

But today, this morning, I’m sinking more fully into the full moon healing energy with the horses as my guides!
Seriously it’s INTENSE energy with 7 horses holding space for you, slowly unveiling what’s to come ….
I’ve been quietly focused on my business behind the scenes. (After the hustle n bustle of the holidays of course) getting things ready for launching this spring.
Still on offer are one-one healing sessions or, of course, the online Reiki classes!!!! But there’s more to come. So much more!!!!
And, as per my gentle opening last fall, I am open for sessions, my healing room is set up and ready!
but there’s still so many more plans, more decorations and furniture and things I want to set up down stairs that is still yet to come.
Honestly, patience was one of the first things I learned.… n thank god because it’s a very much needed skill!!!!
As this all gets unravelled you will be the first to know! But for now I’m just sitting in my own slow down healing process before it all comes together.
