Trauma, addiction, psychic attack, curses, generational patterns, abuse, grief…. We’ve been all over the map but they’ve all been very very deep and very very transformational.
And I wanted to note a few things:
1. Your willingness, your surrender, to say enough is enough n to be willing to see things differently is powerful, POWERFUL. A lot of times the universe knocks us to our knees so we have a chance to reprogram. To say I’m not doing it like this anymore and we find our way out.
2. The victim is usually the one with the power. Yes the abuser has every opportunity to also stand up and say I’m going to stop, but The Instant the victim stands up (and sometimes in the experiences I’ve had takes some energy work, cord cutting, releases) when the victim takes their power back (heals), the situation is instantly changed.
3. The universe gave me every opportunity to notice that not just personally and not just once, not just twice, not just three times … (it just kept going) that I had the power to hold these situations for others and this is where my power lies. Being able to hold space for people in the worst possible situations.
(It’s actually easier for me to see the light in the darkness rather than just some little shift – although I do those too
) And as I sit here today my last thought is – holy crapimoly I’ve come a long way from when I started and each uplevel I do I just keep getting more fucking powerful
