Two weeks ago today this little babe came into this world.
You may have noticed I’ve been very quiet on here lately. I mentioned back in the fall as well, how tiring the pregnancy was and how much extra space I needed to take for myself to rest.
The pregnancy was tiring, it took a lot out of me, and I had to still take care of my other responsibilities as well.
And now on this side of baby-ville my body still needs healing time. This was proven to me this morning as it was too much to even take a shower.
And just before I had to cut my morning shower short I was writing this post in my head….
Honor yourself.
Know your limits.
Listen to your body.
Listen to your soul.
Ask for help.
Take time to heal.
Take time to rejuvenate and meditate.
Come back to peace.
Allow the healing time to integrate and be embodied.
Trust the universe.
Trust.
Allow.
Just be.
Breathe.
There’s a time to take action AND a time to rest.
Very soon I’ll be much more active on this page as we have big things coming over here this summer, but for now the message is to just be, rest and honour the space of healing.
So I’ll be back soon, but for now im just soaking up some much needed baby time
