What a way to start my summer! I am loving this journey! I created a 12 week Equine Empowerment program that I can now walk my students through, to learn a lot about their horses, but even more about themselves! I absolutely love coaching and helping others understand about their behavior and how that’s affecting the horses behavior!
My new program takes clients through 4 stages; Relationships, Communication, Leadership, and Empowerment. The first three lessons focus on building relationships. Understanding the relationship you have with universal energy and how to put aside your ego and negative beliefs to step fully into being connected with your love and purpose.
The next three lessons go on to focus on the communication aspect. How to have a conversation and understand that you are communicating through your energy, your body language your actions as well as your words. The third stage speaks about finding leadership. how to have a goal, set it up for success, and how to show and gain trust and respect in all of your relationships that you build.
And finally, the fourth stage is about empowerment. Stepping into your confident, powerful self. Being flexible, being creative and understanding that we never are finished learning! We are always on this self improvement journey. We just keep changing, and growing as we keep having new experiences and as life goes on.
This is the process I continue to use in my life to learn new things and to breakthrough old habits and beliefs. When I come to a hardship in my life I remember that it is usually just me ego and my beliefs putting a kibosh on my higher plans. So I understand what belief is coming up and I try to find the higher lesson in this belief. I then learn new ways of communicating and behaving. I then find a higher goal to move to and I set that up for success as I walk one step at a time forward. I correct and change as I go along my learning path. I know there is a lot more out there for me to learn and I love every step of the learning journey ahead of me… even when I run into a new block and have to start all over. 🙂
