To trust = surrender
When you trust you let things unfold in divine timing and In a divine way.
you don’t try to control or project fear into the situation.
You let go.
You let god.
You let what’s meant to be find it’s way.
This thought actually occurred to me while I contemplated the concept of receiving
As I thought ‘receiving is an act of trusting’…
An act of allowing.
An act of surrender.
An act of believing in the worthiness and possibly that what you wish for is granted…
That or something better.
You wouldn’t trust if you didn’t believe in the goodness of the situation.
If you feared for failure or a terrible outcome you have lost your belief, lost your trust, and that fear will cause you to try to take control of the situation as you see fit in hopes of a more positive outcome.
Only it’s your fear that’s creating that outcome to begin with.
That fear stops you from receiving…
Receiving with grace is a form of alignment
It’s a form of stepping into your worthiness and deepening your trust in the divine.
The divine wants nothing but great things for you and trust and surrender are how you get there.
However, if you do still hold that fear… be gentle on yourself, but know it too can be a place to let go n let God.
