The first time I heard this term was in 2010 from Pat and Linda Parelli.
But since then it’s become an ingrained belief system.
I do it for my horses
I do it for my relationships
I do it for my finances
I do it for my health
But mostly I do it for me, my peace of mind, to fulfill my soul and continually allow my spirit to shine.
I’ve learned a lot on this journey of self improvement.
One thing not more important than another.
But today I just want to speak about consistency.
This doesn’t mean you have to stick to a strict schedule.
It just means you have to try again if you falter.
There are going to be good days and there are going to be the shitty days. But it takes commitment to continue on.
We all have our trials and our triggers. But these are not what we need to let us stop this journey, but we need to let them carry us through.
It’s taken me over 7 years to breakthrough the very thing I started down this path to heal.
But each step felt a little better, a little easier to handle until all of a sudden it was gone.
I’ve also heard stories of quantum shifts where large situations are healed over night.
I definitely have experienced fairly major upsets that were dealt with in one session.
Sometimes it took 3-5 sessions.
Sometimes it’ll take years to work through all of the underlying beliefs holding the pain in place.
But any which way it unravels will be unique to you and your situation.
And healing, honestly, is never done.
It’s never ending….
Because once we reach the next level of awareness we find a new level of unconscious conditioning.
However, again don’t let that deter you….
It’s just like moving up a grade or level where there’s just more there to learn when you reach it.
Or finding yourself traveling the world and the next level is just a new destination of experiences. Or even new experiences at a destination you’ve been to before.
I can not tell you how amazing this has been and all that I have learned.
But each step has had its Miracles and I would not be living the life I am today without it.
These horses have stepped up for me every time I’ve stepped up for them ?
