I was physically sore from an old back injury. My body was super mad at me. And I could barely walk around the house. I couldn’t get off the floor, off the bed or off the couch due to the pain.
But I knew it was more than that.
I got curious. And I dug deep into what my body could be still holding onto from that situation.
Because- here’s what I want to tell you.
Our body holds onto our past emotions and experiences until we release them.
Our pain is there to tell us something.
Our body is trying to get our attention.
It’s always more than just a bum knee or sore shoulder or back ache.
Our body is very naturally holding onto those experiences until it’s time to let them go.
You can’t just pretend to let them go either.
You can’t shove them down or ‘put them behind you’
You have to do the work. It can be simple work but it has to be done. And your body will tell you when it’s done. Because your body will become healthy and happy again.
So I was doing the work. I actually sought out a practitioner who does body emotional release. And together we shifted a few things that released from the body to make it feel better.
But you can’t (or you shouldn’t) ignore your bodies warning signs!
To have a healthy body it’s best to do it from all levels! Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I’m not done digging into what my body has to say but I’m on the journey to getting back to healthy –
A lot of people bypass the physical symptoms. They don’t see them as divine signs to dig into the emotional or mental aspects of their life.
A lot of people don’t see the physical body as a responding to their energetic body. And that’s ok but this message is your sign to take another look
