In the first session we will start with a simple introduction to this inner work with the horses and see where you are wanting to dig in deep into your life situation!
Then it will be a simple meet the herd exercise where we will bring your situation to the horses and see what wisdom they bring to the situation.
We’ll complete with a discussion on what the wisdom was asking you to take back into your life. And how you can apply this wisdom to your particular situation.
It seems simple and straight forward and sometimes it really is but it’s never usually what your expecting. ?
